Project Manager: Hauerbuilt Construction Ltd.

Position Description

Hauerbuilt is growing and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to add to our dynamic team. This key individual will oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to our client.

 As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standard. You will work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes that reflect our company’s track record of delivering top industry quality and exceeding client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

●     Establish and maintain trusting relationships with customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

●     Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

●     Review project documents, drawings, contracts, and specifications, identifying and resolving potential issues.

●     Lead material specification and procurement processes, working closely with colleagues, trades, and designers.

●     Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with construction documents, building codes, and safety standards.

●     Prepare project status reports and facilitate regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

●     Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

●    Lead project finalization including warranty registration and customer walk-through processes.

Qualifications

●     3 – 5 years minimum management/supervisory experience in construction.

●     Certificate in Project Management, Construction Supervision (or equivalent).

●     Excellent leadership and teamwork.

●     Proven track record of client satisfaction, schedule management, and quality builds.

●     Outstanding communication and technology proficiency.
