Sometimes the biggest change in a renovation comes down to moving one thing to the right place. In this case, it was the kitchen. The original layout wasn’t taking advantage of the home’s best feature: the view. By relocating the kitchen, the entire main floor started to work differently, opening up sightlines and making everyday spaces feel far more connected to the landscape outside.
The renovation included a completely new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, a custom fireplace, and built-in storage solutions like the integrated pantry. Clean lines, warm wood tones, and layered textures helped modernize the home without making it feel cold or overdesigned. The result is a space that feels calmer, brighter, and far more intentional than what was there before.
