This was the third phase of a long-term renovation, focused on floors, doors, bathrooms, and a custom wine cellar. The catch? We had just four months to complete the work while the homeowners were away. A huge amount of planning went into making that timeline possible. Trades had to be tightly coordinated, materials carefully scheduled, and every stage sequenced with very little room for delay.

The details were subtle but exacting, from the custom millwork in the wine cellar to getting the shower fixture heights just right. At one point, it literally took four grown men standing in the shower to fine tune the placement. By the end, the updates felt fully integrated into the home, like they’d always been there.
